        Hello and thank you for your interest in our wholesale lines.  Below is a list of our terms and conditions.  Please read carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.  Terms are subject to change as our needs and the needs of our customers change.

        We currently only sell to brick and motor stores.  We do not offer zip code protection at this time.  We offer a wide range of products (thats constantly growing) which allows stores close to one another to carry our lines without any conflict.  

        Order Qualifications:

        Our minimum order is $150 for both initial orders and reorders.  All items are sold in quantities of 2.  We do allow for some items to have minor customizations such as name changes, please reach out if this is something you're interested in. 

        Returns & Cancellations:

        You can cancel your order prior to the ship date by emailing us at or by calling us at 614-634-1721.  All returns, cancelations including refused shipments or returned shipment due to store closure or delivery refusal will incur a 25% restocking fee.  No initial or additional shipping costs will be refunded. 

        If items are returned because of delivery refusal or returns shipments where the return shipping cost has not been paid, we will deduct the additional return shipping amount from the total owed.  

        All items returned without prior approval from our office will not be eligible for a refund of any type.  No exceptions. 

        Sales are final on all clearance and discounted items.  

        Damaged Items:

        If an item(s) arrives damaged you must notify us within 10 days of package delivery.  UPS requires you to retain all the damaged goods, packaging material and boxes even if there is no noticeable damage.  Please submit pictures of the damaged items, the box (even if no damage) and any other pictures that would be relevant for us when submitting the claim to  We will submit the claim for you to our UPS account representative.  As soon as the claim has been paid, you can then discard the items and packaging material.  If the packaging material is not available for the carrier inspectors, then the claim will automatically be denied and no refund will be provided.  NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED  OUTSIDE THE 10 DAY WINDOW.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

        Incorrect Item Received Or Missing Items:

        We have camera systems above all our shipping stations to help prevent errors.  Should you receive a wrong item please send us a photo of the item received and let us know what is missing.  We will review the cameras to see where the error was made and make the appropriate steps to rectify it for you as quickly as possible!
