Easy Returns & Exchanges
Lost, stolen or damaged items durning shipment will require the buyer to file a claim with the delivery service. We will help you with this process so please reach out to us to let us know. We will also provide you assistance for the next steps to have the item replaced. We are not responsible for postal delays or misdeliveries. These issues will need be to dealt with directly with the delivery service.
WT Custom Designs, LLC will refund or replace any item that has a defect or a manufacturing error when the error is the fault of Worn Turquoise. If a refund is provided, we will exclude the price paid for shipping. All refunds and replacements must be made within 15 days of receipt!
We do except returns on all non-custom items but return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be shipped within 10 days of receipt and in the original condition, packaging and in resalable condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. Please carefully review your personalization before submitting your order. We ask that you double check spellings, names, dates, punctuation, etc. We do not make any corrections including spelling or punctuation.
Once orders are sent to production, we cannot accept cancellations. This is usually done within 24 to 48 hours after order is placed.
We are not able to control delivery times. No refunds will be issued for an item that doesn’t arrive on time. Make sure you check our current turn around times if you are needing an item in a certain time frame.
